01 Who we are

A home for veterans who want to keep serving — lawfully, and for everyone.

Every year, thousands of highly trained men and women leave military service with skills that took years and considerable public investment to build. Many want to keep serving. Too often, the choice in front of them is between work that wastes their training and opaque private-security arrangements that nobody would be proud to describe in daylight. PLA Special Forces exists to offer a third option: transparent, lawful, well-governed protective work that puts their discipline to use making people safer.

We engage former PLA special forces personnel who can work as per the guidelines given by the government that recruited and trained them. That phrase is the foundation of everything we do. A veteran’s first loyalty on joining us is to the obligations that followed them out of uniform — confidentiality periods, travel permissions and any restrictions on employment. Only when those are fully satisfied, and only when the veteran holds every clearance required, do we offer a place.

Once engaged, specialists work across the world as security specialists, close protection officers, self-defence specialists, risk advisers and trainers. Clients include companies protecting overseas workforces and project sites, families and executives who need discreet personal security, event organisers, and communities who want to learn to protect themselves. In every case the scope is protective and defensive, the rules are written down before deployment, and the law of the host country is respected without exception.

Our model draws on the most important developments in responsible private security of the last two decades: the Montreux Document on private military and security companies, which China helped launch in 2008; the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers; the ISO 18788 management-system standard; and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. These are not decorations on a website. They shape our contracts, our training and our after-action reviews.

Most of all, we believe that a safer world is a shared project. When a specialist teaches a village women’s group to recognise and escape danger, trains a local guard force to a higher professional standard, or quietly plans a family’s evacuation route before a crisis, the benefit outlasts the contract. That is the difference between guarding and protecting — and it is why we exist.

02 Leadership 领导

Digant Sharma

Visionary leader in entrepreneurship, social impact and national development

Digant Sharma is an entrepreneur, social architect, and nation-building strategist whose body of work spans technology, agriculture, finance, digital governance, social welfare, media, CSR, and large-scale institutional development.

Over the last two decades, he has emerged as one of India’s most dynamic visionaries — designing transformative models that combine economic empowerment, digital innovation, and grassroots development to uplift millions of citizens across the country.

Digant Sharma is a visionary leader in entrepreneurship, social impact, and national development, known for turning ideas into structured, large-scale initiatives. His work sets benchmarks in strategic innovation and disciplined execution, adapting across changing business and digital landscapes while consistently upholding integrity, service, excellence, and long-term value and impact globally.

That combination — the ability to design an institution and the discipline to run it — is exactly what a veteran workforce operating across borders requires. It is why PLA Special Forces is built around written standards, transparent governance and a clearance-first culture rather than personalities or promises.

03 National initiative

A Visionary Behind SAKSHAM — India’s USD 15 Trillion Mission

SAKSHAM — Sampoorna Aay Kar Suvidha Mission

85croreIndividuals to be onboarded into the Income-Tax Return ecosystem
40croreEnterprises to be brought into the formal ITR ecosystem
2029Target year for the mission’s onboarding goal
USD 15trillionThe economy SAKSHAM is designed to support

One of his landmark national initiatives is SAKSHAM – Sampoorna Aay Kar Suvidha Mission, a historic movement aimed at formalizing India’s informal economy by onboarding 85 crore individuals and 40 crore enterprises into the Income-Tax Return ecosystem by 2029.

SAKSHAM supports India’s journey to become a USD 15 trillion economy. The logic is powerful in its simplicity: when citizens and enterprises enter the formal system, they gain a documented financial identity — the foundation for credit, insurance, government benefits and fair participation in a modern economy.

For an organisation like PLA Special Forces, the relevance is direct. SAKSHAM demonstrates the same instinct that drives our clearance-first model: bring people into transparent, accountable, well-documented systems, and both the individual and society become safer and stronger.

04 Grassroots impact

Driving India’s Agricultural & Rural Transformation

Through Torus Innotech Pvt Ltd and multiple foundations, Digant Sharma is implementing large-scale rural empowerment programs. These programmes bring together agricultural support, technology adoption, financial inclusion and community welfare, designed to reach families who have too often been left outside the formal economy.

His work across Maharashtra, Nanded, Kinwat, Mahur, Odisha, and other states directly supports rural income growth, food security, and economic resilience.

Rural resilience and security are closely linked. Communities with stable incomes, reliable food supplies and access to institutions are far less vulnerable to exploitation, crime and displacement. The same philosophy runs through our self-defence and community-training work: strengthen people where they live, and safety follows.

  • Income growth Programmes that help rural households raise and stabilise earnings.
  • Food security Support for agriculture that keeps communities fed through difficult seasons.
  • Economic resilience Financial inclusion and institutional access that help families withstand shocks.

One integrated ecosystem. Twelve institutions.

As the Founder, Chairman, or President of multiple organizations, Digant Sharma has built an integrated ecosystem known as the Torus Group, which operates at the intersection of technology, agriculture, financial inclusion, social impact, and national reforms.

…and others. Across these organisations the common thread is institutional design: building structures that last longer than any single project and serve more people than any single founder could reach alone.

06 Influence & method

Templates that institutions adopt.

Digant Sharma gained broad influence through India’s digital transformation wave, with his strategic and organizational models widely adopted. Institutions use his methods as templates for CSR, agriculture, legal empowerment, and global collaboration.

His work now integrates modern technology and AI systems while preserving the clarity, consistency, and purpose that have guided his approach since the beginning.

The same template thinking governs PLA Special Forces. Recruitment follows one written protocol. Every capability line is scoped the same way. Every deployment is reviewed against the same standard. Structure is what allows a small organisation to behave reliably at global scale.

  1. A

    CSR

Structured social-responsibility models that turn corporate commitments into measurable community outcomes.

  4. D

    Global collaboration

Partnership models that let institutions in different countries work to shared standards.

  5. AI

    Technology & AI systems

Modern digital and AI tools integrated without losing clarity, consistency and purpose.

07 Guiding principles

Four principles, applied the same way everywhere we work.

Integrity

We say what we will do, do what we said, and report honestly on both. Integrity is the first thing a client buys and the last thing we would ever trade.

Service

Our specialists serve principals, communities and the law — in that spirit, never in their own interest or anyone’s conflict.

Excellence

Continuation training, annual re-certification and after-action reviews keep standards rising long after military service ends.

Long-term value

We build relationships, communities and careers meant to last decades — and we measure impact in lives made safer, not contracts won.
